As Product Designer for this project, I led the UX Design process from concept to prototype. I collaborated closely with the team to create intuitive, user-centric solutions that balanced business goals with clients’ needs. My focus was on delivering a cohesive, effective experience through strategic interaction design, prototyping, and iterative testing.

About the Project

Through comprehensive research and surveys, our team identified a gap in traditional training methods and pinpointed the need for specific skills.

This insight informed me as I created multiple user personas aimed at enhancing the efficiency and engagement of the mobile app. Understanding the client’s busy work/life routine allowed me to design a seamless sitemap, enabling easy navigation throughout the app. This structure ensured that users could effortlessly develop the necessary skills while managing their day-to-day responsibilities. 

Our solution integrated AI, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) to deliver an innovative learning experience. I designed wireframes for the AI-driven chatbot, optimizing the AR features to improve user experience, and providing the UX framework for the VR section of the app.

My wireframes and interactive prototypes were designed with a strong focus on user advocacy, ensuring the app’s interface aligned with the users’ needs. By adhering to Material Design principles, I ensured the app maintained a modern, clean, and intuitive look and feel, contributing to a more engaging user experience. 

The prototypes I created were highly regarded by the team, and my organized, user-centric approach to design enhanced both app functionality and potential engagement.
